• Tilting your head forward slightly while taking the impression.

No! You should press the tray up evenly into your teeth—not bite into it. Biting can cause distortion and affect the final fit.

DPD allows you to reschedule your delivery, arrange for it to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place, or collect it from a designated pickup shop if needed.
